These Terms govern the sale of products through our Shopify website. We reserve the right to update or modify them without prior notice.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or device display differences.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We accept payments via PayHere, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery within 5 working days islandwide.

  • We are not liable for courier delays or incorrect delivery due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Return Policy for details. We do not provide cash refunds except under approved conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs on our website belong to Milada Fashion. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Milada Fashion shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use or delays beyond our control.
